高校群众观及其践行路径探析

On the Mass Viewpoint and its Practice Path in Universities

大学中的"群众"是一个相对的、动态的概念,践行党的群众路线是高校领导班子科学决策、推动学校可持续发展的内生要求。高校践行群众路线的关键是从保障高校的办学主体地位、完善高校内部治理结构、满足高校不同群体的多元化利益诉求、加强学校各级班子建设、努力办好人民满意教育等方面入手,积极探索践行党的群众路线的有效路径。

The ＂masses＂in Chinese universities is a relative and dynamic conception. The practice of mass line is necessary for the leaders to make scientific decision. Mass line also promotes the sustainable development of universities. It is necessary for Chinese universities to guarantee their subjectivity by law,perfect the internal corporate governance,satisfy the diversified interests of different groups in universities,strengthening leading group construction,do great efforts to make education satisfied by the people,and explores positively the effective way to practice the party＇s mass line.
