摘要
高职院校的学生和普通高校的学生相比,具有较为特殊的心理特征。高职院校的教师应针对学生的心理特征开展卓有成效的教育教学活动,并强化自身的语言素养,使学生在教师如沐春风般的教育中习得知识、提升技能、茁壮成长。
In comparison with the normal college students,the students in higher vocational colleges have the specific psychological characteristics. Therefore vocational college teachers must strengthen their language abilities,so that students can learn knowledge,upgrade skills happily and grow sturdily.
