The rapid development of modern service industry puts forward more and higher requirements to the quantity and quality of talent. Personnel characteristics of modern service industry call for reform and innovation in vocational and technical college training model. Change the traditional teaching model with classroom teaching as its main concern,the training objectives and requirements（ such as professional certificates and work experience certificates） of the second class,third class are written in the training program,scientifically and systematacially design teaching activities of three classroom,form the talent training mechanism of three classroom integration,complementation and linkage with quality training as the goal and credit as a link,cultivate high-quality skilled professionals who are qualified for the job requirements of modern services industry.
