“Three Classrooms and Three Certificates”Promote the Personnel Training of Modern Services Industry

摘要 现代服务业的快速发展对人才的数量和质量提出了更多更高的要求。现代服务业的人才特点呼唤高职人才培养模式的改革创新,改革以传统的课堂教学为中心的教学模式,将第二课堂、第三课堂的培养目标、要求(如职业资格证书、企业工作经历证书等)写进培养方案,科学、系统地设计三个课堂的教育教学活动,形成以职业能力和素质培养为目标,以学分为纽带,三个课堂融合、互补、联动的人才培养机制,培养能胜任现代服务业岗位要求的高素质技能型专门人才。 The rapid development of modern service industry puts forward more and higher requirements to the quantity and quality of talent. Personnel characteristics of modern service industry call for reform and innovation in vocational and technical college training model. Change the traditional teaching model with classroom teaching as its main concern,the training objectives and requirements( such as professional certificates and work experience certificates) of the second class,third class are written in the training program,scientifically and systematacially design teaching activities of three classroom,form the talent training mechanism of three classroom integration,complementation and linkage with quality training as the goal and credit as a link,cultivate high-quality skilled professionals who are qualified for the job requirements of modern services industry.
