摘要
"师徒制"实践教学是适应现代化经济社会发展要求的一种新型人才培养模式。在"师徒制"实践教学过程中,存在学生身份模糊、企业师资欠缺、职业标准和岗位技能标准错位、学生学习职业技能理念缺失及学生离职率高等问题。分析问题产生的具体原因,探寻解决问题的方法,以期完善"师徒制"实践教学模式。
" Apprenticeship practice-teaching" is a novel pattern of talent training mode adapting to modern economic and social development. The paper presents the series of problems in practice-teaching such as the fuzzy students identity, the lack of enterprise teachers, the dislocation of occupation standards and job skill standards, the lack of students' learning skill and the high separation rate of students, etc. Then, the reasons and solutions of the problems are given, with a view to perfect apprenticeship practice-teaching mode.
