摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤发生与遗传性血液因子之间的关系。方法将河南南阳部分医院1993～1999年恶性肿瘤患者与正常人群的ABO血型系统分布及基因频率进行比较,用Berstein方法估计ABO血型系统遗传基因频率及其发生恶性肿瘤的相对危险度。结果恶性肿瘤患者的血型以O型居多,O>A>B>AB,各种血型发生恶性肿瘤的的相对危险度均接近1且无显著差别。结论恶性肿瘤患者的血型分布与正常人群基本一致,恶性肿瘤的发生与ABO血型无显著性相关关系。
The distribution of blood group(A B O ) have been investigated and contrasted between 29miligrant tunor suf-ferers,w ho were in partisl hospitals from 1993to 1999in NanYang Henan pr ovince ,and people in regular condition.The compar-ativ analysis demonstrate that th e o ccurrence of malignant has little co nnection with rhe distribution of bl oo d group.
