温针联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾炎80例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 80 Cases of Chronic Nephritis Treated with Warm Acupuncture Combined with Huangkui Capsule

目的观察慢性肾炎的患者采取温针联合黄葵胶囊的疗效。方法从我院2010年11月30日至2012年11月30日的慢性肾炎患者中抽出160名分为两组,试验组采取温针联合黄葵胶囊疗法,对照组患者再随机分为两组,分别采取温针与黄葵胶囊治疗,比较试验组患者与两组对照组患者的疗效,及治疗前后24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐变化。结果对照组1患者总有效率(60.00%)低于试验组患者(88.57%)和对照组2(85.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而试验组患者与对照组2患者之间的数据比较差异统计学上没有意义(P>0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊联合温针治疗对于慢性肾炎的患者具有非常显著的疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with Huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods 160 patients with chronic nephritis in our hospital from November 30, 2010 to November 30, 2012 were divided into two groups. Patients in the experimental group were given warm acupuncture combined with Huangkui capsule, while pa-tients in the control group were divided into two groups, and they received warm acupuncture and took Huangkui capsule respectively. Curative effects, changes of urine protein and serum creatinine of these groups were compared. Results The total effective rate （60%） of the control group 1 was lower than that of the experimental group （88. 57%） and the control group 2 （85%）, which were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. However, in the experimental group and the control group 2, the difference was not statistically sig-nificant （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of Huangkui capsule combined with warm acupuncture has obvious curative effect for patients with chronic nephritis.
