肿瘤科及非肿瘤科护士对三阶梯止痛治疗的认知对比分析

Cognitive Comparative Analysis of Nurses From Oncology Department and Non-oncology Department on Three-step Analgesic Ladder Therapy

目的调查我市各医疗机构肿瘤科及非肿瘤科护士对癌症三阶梯止痛治疗方案的认知情况,为三阶梯止痛治疗方案在全市的进一步推广落实提供依据。方法通过发放调查表,对我市各医疗机构的肿瘤科及非肿瘤科725名护士进行问卷调查,了解我市不同科室护士对三阶梯止痛治疗的认知情况。结果肿瘤科护士接受过培训的比例明显高于非肿瘤科护士,对三阶梯止痛治疗基本知识认知度及行为态度的对比发现,我市肿瘤科护士与非肿瘤科护士对比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论我市护士整体对癌痛三阶梯止痛治疗基本原则的认知度不高,肿瘤科与非肿瘤科护士认知度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。应加强对护士尤其是非肿瘤科护士相关知识的培训,转变护理人员观念,落实癌痛止痛目标,从而提高癌痛患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the cognition of the nurses from oncology department and non-oncology department of medi-cal institutions in our city on three-step analgesic ladder therapy for cancer to provide basis for further promotion and implementation of the therapy all over the city. Methods A survey was conducted among 725 nurses from oncology department and non-oncology de-partment of medical institutions in our city to learn the cognition of nurses from different departments on three-step analgesic ladder therapy （P〈0. 01）. Results The proportion of trained nurses in oncology department was significantly higher than that in non-on-cology department. The difference between nurses from oncology department and those from non-oncology department was statistically significant in terms of their basic knowledge, behavior and attitudes on three-step analgesic ladder therapy （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion On the whole, the cognition of the nurses in our city on the basic principle of three-step analgesic ladder therapy for cancer is not high. The difference of cognition between nurses from oncology department and those from non-oncology department is statistically significant （P〈0. 01）, which requires more training on relevant knowledge for nurses, especially those from non-oncology department, changing the concept of nurses, achieving the goal of analgesic therapy for cancer, to improve the life quality of patients with cancer.
