近年来随着对OSAHS的深入研究,OSAHS患者认知障碍逐渐受到国内外学者广泛关注,但导致认知功能损害的病理生理机制目前尚未完全清楚。本文就OSAHS认知功能障碍的研究进展综述如下。

In recent years, cognitive disorder of patients with obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome （ OSAHS） has at-tracted wide concern of domestic and overseas scholars, with intensive study on OSAHS. However, the underlying pathophysiological mechanism still remains unclear. This paper gives a review of the recent development in cognitive disorder of obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome.
