目前，我国正在从世界旅游大国向旅游强国跨越，旅游从业人员的职业道德已成为制约旅游业发展的主要瓶颈。探索旅游院校职业道德实践教学的有效形式，将理论教育与实践教育密切结合，切实提高旅游职业道德教育的实效性，已成为旅游院校职业道德教育的重要课题。

At present, China is in the transition from a big world tourism country to a powerful world tourism country, professional ethics of tourism practitioners has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of tourism industry. Exploration of effective forms for professional ethics practice teaching in tourism colleges to combine theory education with practice education closely and improve the effectiveness of tourism professional ethics education has become an important project on professional ethics education in tourism colleges.
