中国企业对非洲直接投资问题研究

非洲地区由于其巨大的市场潜力和丰富的能源资源,已经发展成为全球直接投资的新热点。截至2012年底,非洲已成为中国在境外的第四大投资目的地和第二大承包工程市场。本文首先就中国对非洲直接投资的现状和特点进行了分析析,并进一步深入研究了直接投资过程中存在的具体问题问题,最终结合各方面实际,从政府和企业两个层面提出了促进中国对非洲直接投资的可行性对策和建议。

Because of its huge market potential and rich energy resources, African region has become a new hot spot of global direct investment. By the end of 2012, Africa has become China＇ s fourth major investment destination and the second largest project contracting market overseas. This paper first makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and character- istics of China＇ s direct investment in Africa and then a further in - depth study on the existent problems in the process of China＇ s direct investment in Africa. Finally with combination of various actual aspects, from two levels of government and enterprises, it puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote China＇ s direct investment in Africa.
