基于模糊综合评价法的物流系统评价研究 被引量:4

摘要 物流系统评价在整个物流系统中处于枢纽的地位,是物流系统建设的前提。由于在现实中影响物流系统评价的众多因素存在普遍的模糊性和复杂性,而传统评价方法又难以反映物流系统的实际情况,偏差较大。基于此,文章首先对德尔菲法、投入产出法、主成分分析法、因子分析法等系统评价方法进行评述述,进进而提出模糊综合评价法对物流系统进行评价的基本思路。为验证模型的实用性,文章结合物流中心规划建设系统评价算例,选取了经济水平平、用地要求、基础设施和社会要求4个二级评价指标以及物流费用等9个三级评价指标,运用模糊综合评价法进行建设前期评价,计算结果显示了模型能够作出科学、合理的物流系统评价决策。 Logistics system evaluation, which plays an important role in logistics system, is the premise of the construction of logistics system. As many influence factors of logistics system evaluation have ambiguity and complexity in practice and the traditional evaluation methods are difficuh to reflect the actual situation of the logistics system, there exist big deviations. Based on this, the paper reviews Delphy method, input-output analysis method, principal component analysis method, factor analysis evaluation method, and then introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To verify the practicability of the model, the paper chooses the logistics center system planning evaluation, selects 4 secondary indexes such as the economic level, land, infrastructure and social requirements, and 9 thirdly evaluation indexes such as logistics costs, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the construction of pre - evaluation. The calculation results show the model can make scientific and reasonable decisions for the logistics system evaluation.
