As one of the factors of the whole environment identity, the public signs guide all of the users to use the facilities correctly and promote the communication between circumstances and people. The paper introduces the development progress of the public signs standardization and some pertinent standards organizations, and then analyzed the present situation of the public signs standardization of Fuzhou. Finally, in order to promote the service function of the signage, the paper sets forth the countermeasures to the development for reference.
