中西医药物联合心理干预治疗子宫肌瘤45例

Uterine Fibroids Patients Treated by Integrative Medicine drug for 45 cases

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者行中西医药物治疗合并心理干预的临床效果。方法将我院近年来收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组与参考组,观察组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,参考组单纯采用米非司酮治疗,两组患者均接受心理护理干预,对患者治疗前后子宫肌瘤大小、血液激素水平进行观察,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者子宫肌瘤大小、血液激素水平均出现明显改善(P驥0.05),观察组改善情况明显优于参考组(P驥0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显大于参考组(P驥0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤能够有效改善临床症状,抑制血液激素水平,促进患者康复。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Western medicine treatment of uterine fibroids patients with psychological inter-vention. Methods In our hospital in recent years 90 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group, the observation group was treated with Guizhifuling capsule combined with mifepristone, reference group were treated with mifepristone, two groups of patients received psychological nursing intervention on patients before and after treatment, the size of u-terine fibroids, blood hormone levels were observed, observation the treatment effect. Results Compared with before treatment , two groups of patients the size of uterine fibroids, blood hormone level were significantly improved （ P 〈0.05） , the observation group sig-nificantly higher than those in reference group （ P〈0.05） ;to observe the treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the reference group （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion The treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, inhibit blood hormone levels , promote the rehabilitation of patients.
