浮针治疗腰三横突综合征疗效与费用分析

Analysis of Efficacy and Cost of L_3 Transverse Process Syndrome Treated by Floating Needle

目的分析浮针与电针治疗腰三横突综合征的临床疗效与治疗费用。方法随机选取240例腰三横突综合征患者,分别采取浮针和电针治疗,每组各120例。浮针治疗皮下留针4天/次,间隔3天,一周为一个疗程。电针每日一次,每次半小时,一周为一个疗程,三个疗程后评价疗效与费用。结果浮针治疗腰三横突综合征120例,浮针痊愈52例,显效54例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率96.67%。平均治疗费用(108.46±20.53)元。电针组120例,临床痊愈34例,显效56例,有效24例,无效6例,总有效率95.00%。电针平均治疗费用(294.12±29.38)元。组间相比具有显著统计学意义(P驥0.01)。结论浮针治疗腰三横突综合征疗效确切,且具有安全方便、痛苦小、取效快、治疗费用低廉的特点,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the floating needle and electro-acupuncture treatment of lumbar transverse process syndrome III clinical efficacy and cost of treatment. Methods Randomly selected 240 cases of lumbar transverse process syndrome in three patients , respec-tively, to take floating needle and electro-acupuncture therapy, 120 cases of each group. Floating subcutaneous acupuncture needles to stay four days for a course of treatment, interval 3 days a week for a course of treatment. Electroacupuncture daily for half an hour once a week for a course of treatment , three after the evaluation of treatment efficacy. Results The results of the three floating needle lumbar transverse process syndrome treated 120 cases, 52 cases ful y recovered floating needle, 54 cases markedly effective, effective 10 cases, 4 cases of invalid, and the total efficiency of 96.67%. Average treatment cost （ 108.46 ±20.53） Yuan. 120 cases of electro-acupuncture group, 34 cases of clinical cure, 56 cases markedly effective, effective 24 cases, 6 cases, total effective rate of 95.00%. The average cost of electro-acupuncture treatment （294.12±29.38） Yuan. Groups were significant compared to statistical significance （ P 〈0.01）. Conclu-sion Acupuncture treatment of floating lumbar transverse process syndrome precise three floating needle electro-acupuncture therapy than therapy with safe and convenient, pain, take effect rapidly, the characteristics of low-cost treatment, the popularization and application of a certain value.
