维生素D与代谢综合征的关系及机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 维生素D(VD)是一种重要的脂溶性维生素,研究表明其不仅与维持体内钙磷电解质平衡及骨代谢有关,较低的VD水平还会增加心血管疾病和糖尿病、肥胖及血脂异常等代谢性疾病的风险。代谢综合征是以多种代谢性疾病合并出现为临床特点的一组临床症候群,其与VD的相关性也日益引起国内外的重视。本文将从VD与代谢综合征的相互关系及其作用机制等方面进行综述,阐述VD与代谢综合征发病过程之间的作用关系,为临床合理补充VD以改善代谢综合征的发病及进程提供一定的依据。 Vitamin D is an important fat-soluble vitamin which can not only maintain calcium and phosphorus ho- meostasis in the human body but also regulate the bone metabolism. Low levels of vitamin D also increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, obesity, dyslipidaemia and other metabolic diseases. Metabolic syndrome and vitamin D draw much attention recently, Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of metabolic diseases including obesity, diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance, hypertension and dyslipidaemia. This review will summarize the relationship and mechanism between vitamin D and metabolic syndrome, and elaborate on the interaction between vitamin D and the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome, aiming to supply vitamin D reasonably and improve the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
