摘要 维生素D(VD)是人体不可缺少的重要物质,近10年的研究显示VD还是一类神经活性甾体,在神经系统中扮演着重要角色,如影响脑内神经递质、促进脑内神经元分化和轴突生长、调控脑内钙信号、抗氧化以及调节脑内神经营养因子等。VD缺乏或代谢异常都有可能导致这些作用发生异常,进而影响脑部正常发育及功能,因而VD在神经发育中的作用越来越受到重视。本文就近年来关于VD对神经发育影响的研究进行综述。 Vitamin D is of nutrient of significant importance for human body. Over the past decades, many studies in- dicated that vitamin D acted as a neuroactive steroid, playing a crucial role in the expression of neurotransmitters, cell differentiation and axonal growth, intracellular calcium signaling, anti-oxidant and neurotropic factors. Any dysfunc- tion of these mechanisms may be induced by deficiency or abnormality in metabolism of this vitamin D, and the brain development and function may be adversely affected. This review will summarize the recent researches on the effect of vitamin D on the brain development.
