盐酸右美托咪定注射液与丙泊酚注射液在医学整形美容手术中镇静作用比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较盐酸右美托咪定注射液与丙泊酚注射液在医学整形美容手术中的镇静效果。方法:随机选取2013年8月-2014年8月在我院行美容手术患者104例,其中52例采用盐酸右美托咪定注射液进行麻醉镇静,另外26例采用丙泊酚注射液进行麻醉镇静,比较两组患者T0(麻醉前)、T1用药后(10min)、60min(T2)及T3(术毕)时段的Ramsay镇静评分、HR、MAP等情况。结果:两组患者T0时段Ramsay镇静评分、MAP、HR无明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义;两组患者T1-T3时段Ramsay镇静评分均明显升高,升高幅度两组差异明显,MAP、HR平均值均明显降低,降低幅度两组差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义;盐酸右美托咪定注射液组中有2(3.8%)例患者出现烦躁反应,丙泊酚注射液组有10(19.2%)例患者出现烦躁反应,两组相比差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在医学整形美容手术中,盐酸右美托咪定注射液的镇静效果明显优于丙泊酚注射液,前者血流动力学相对更稳定。 Objective: To compare the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride injection and Propofol Injection in medical plastic and cosmetic operation in. Methods: randomly selected in 2013 August--2014 year in August in our hospital underwent cosmetic operation in 52 cases, including 26 cases with Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Injection anesthesia sedation, the other 26 cases were treated by Propofol Injection anesthesia sedation, compared two groups of patients with TO (Ma Zuiqian) , Tl after treatment (10min) , 60min (T2) and T3 (postoperative) interval Ramsay sedation score, HR, MAP etc. Results: the two groups of patients with TO period Ramsay sedation score, MAP, there was no significant difference in HR, P^0.05, no statistical significance; the two groups of patients with TI^T3 stage Ramsay sedation score were significantly increased, the magnitude of the difference of two groups increased significantly, the average value of MAP, HR were decreased obviously, reduce the magnitude of the difference of two groups were obviously, P(0.05, there was statistical significance; Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Injection group i (3.8%) patients appeared agitated reaction, Propofol Injection group 5 (19.2%) patients had agitated reaction, difference between the two groups significantly, P〈0.05, had statistical significance. Conclusion: in medical plastic and cosmetic operation, sedative effect Dexmedetomidine Mydrochloride Injection is obviously superior to the former Propofol Injection, relatively more stable hemodynamics.
