黄褐斑综合治疗方法效果观察

目的:观察药物治疗+强脉冲光+调Q激光综合治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选符合标准的该病患者90例,均为女性,随机分为两组,治疗组45例采用药物治疗+强脉冲光+调Q激光治疗,对照组45例给以强脉冲光+调Q激光治疗,9个月为一个疗程。结果:治疗组45例患者中,基本痊愈20例,显效20例,好转5例,无效0例,有效率100%;对照组45例患者中,基本痊愈8例,显效12例,好转14例,无效11例,有效率76%。结论:药物+强脉冲光+调Q激光综合治疗黄褐斑疗效明显优于单纯强脉冲光+调Q激光治疗。

Objective to observe the simple laser and drug treatment＋strong pulse light＋tuning Q laser comprehensive clinical curative effect for the treatment of chloasma. Methods： choose accord with a standard of 90 cases of patients with the disease, are all women, is divided into two groups： treatment group was given drug treatment＋strong pulse light＋tuning Q laser treatment, the control group given strong pulse light＋Q laser treatment, 9 months for a period of treatment. Results： the treatment group 45 cases, basic recovered 20 cases, 20 cases had marked effect, 5 and not improved in 0, effectiveness 100%, control group of 45 cases, basic 8 cases cured, 12 cases had marked effect, 14 and not improved in 11, the effective rate was 76%. Conclusion： drug＋strong pulse light＋tuning Q laser treatment chloasma curative effect is superior to pure intense pulsed light＋Q laser treatment.
