摘要
目的：探讨采用甲氨蝶呤治疗银屑病的效果。方法：选取我院2011年4月~2013年4月收治的50例银屑病患者进行回顾性分析,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予口服阿维A进行治疗;观察组患者给予口服甲氨蝶呤进行治疗。将两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：两组患者在经过不同方法治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用甲氨蝶呤治疗银屑病,不仅疗效稳定、安全性高、不良反应少,同时价格低廉,能为大众患者所接受,值得广泛推广和使用。
Objective： To investigate the effects of psoriasis treatment with methotrexate. Methods： 50 cases of psoriasis patients in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group were given oral acitretin A treatment, and the observation group were given oral methotrexate treatment. The treatment effects of these two groups were compared. Results： After different treatment in the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation was 96.00%, significantly higher than the control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion： The implementation of methotrexate for the psoriasis patients has stable curate effects, few adverse reactions, and is very cheap, can be accepted by many people, is worthy of wide promotion and applications.
