高频电刀处理家兔牙髓时牙根表面温度变化的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用红外线测温技术测量高频电刀处理家兔牙髓时牙根表面的温度变化,初步评估高频电刀产生的高热可能对牙周组织的影响程度。方法选取20只3个月龄的健康实验家兔,取其40颗下颌门齿,再随机分成4个小组。分别使用5 W、10 W、15 W及20 W输出功率的高频电流处理相应小组的家兔牙髓(分别处理冠髓或根髓),并同步对已标记的两个牙根表面的测温点测温,对数据进行统计学分析。结果经统计学计算,经高频电刀处理牙髓前后的牙根表面温度变化值在-0.16℃-3.83℃之间。结论使用四种输出功率处理家兔牙髓,牙根表面温度的变化值(-0.16℃-3.83℃)都在对牙周组织不造成副损伤的安全阈值内。由此我们估计,使用20 W以内输出功率处理家兔牙髓时,对根尖周的热损伤不会太大。 Objective To use the far - infrared temperature measurement technology to master the teeth root surface temperature changes of rabbit dental pulp with high - frequency knife, and to primarily evaluate the possible influence degree of heat produced by high - frequency knife on peridentium. Methods Selecting 20 healthy rabbits of approximately 3 months old and their 40 incisor teeth, and dividing them into 4 groups. 5 W, 10 W, 15 W and 20 W output power were used to treat rabbit dental pulps with high -frequency knife, meanwhile to measure the temperature on the points, and to do statistical analysis. Results Through the computation by high - frequency knife treated pulps, surface temperature variation of vitro dental root groups are from -0.16℃ to 3.83℃. Conclusion Surface temperature variation ( - 0.16℃-3.83℃ ) is not out the safe threshold that would not cause side - injury to periodontium. It is estimated that high - frequency knife within 20W output power treating rabbit pulp has little heat injury to root tips and periodontium.
