教师的教学积极性直接关系到学校教育教学质量、办学水平、科研实力以及学校的竞争力。针对影响高校教师教学积极性的因素,提高高校教师教学积极性,就要加强思想教育和师德建设,提高教师的思想境界和心理素质;关注和解决教师关切的问题,消除他们的后顾之忧;制定合理可行的评聘政策,严格监督管理;充分肯定教师的成绩,宣传优秀教师的事迹,树立学习榜样;开展教学研讨活动,鼓励教师参与教学改革;注重教师个体发展,充分发挥其潜能。

Enthusiasm of teachers is directly related to education quality of university, university level, science and research strength, and univer-sity competitiveness. According to the factors that affect teaching enthusiasm, to improve the university teachers’teaching enthusiasm, it is necessary to strengthen teachers’ideological education and moral construction, and improve the ideological realm and psychological quality of teachers;con-cern and resolve issues of teachers’concern to eliminate their worries;develop a reasonable and feasible employment policy, strict with supervision and management;fully affirm teachers’achievements, publicize excellent teachers’deeds, and establish role models;develop teaching seminars to en-courage teachers to participate in teaching reform;focus on teachers' individual development, and give full play to their potential.
