摘要
当前,企业班组建设存在部分企业领导者、管理者对班组建设重视不够;班组建设与管理职责不清晰;班组负担较重,设施设备条件较差等问题。为了切实加强企业班组建设,首先,各级领导者、管理者应该树立科学的班组建设观念,高度重视班组建设。其次,要构建班组建设责任体系,真正明确各层级、各专业部门领导者和管理者以及班组在班组建设中的职能分工。其三,企业要正确处理减轻负担与加强管理、关爱职工与严格考核"两个关系",在班组管理负担上作减法,提高工作效率;在科技硬件投入上作加法,降低劳动强度。其四,要探索符合基层班组实际的人才培养路径,构建科学的班组建设对标体系。
At present, there are some problems in corporate team building: part of the business leaders and managers pay insufficient attention to it; team building and management responsibilities are not clear; team bears heavier burden; facilities and equipment conditions are in bad, etc. To strengthen corporate team building, firstly, leaders and managers at all levels, should establish the scientific concept of team-building, attaches great importance to team building; secondly, build team-building responsibility system, really clear division functions of the professional sector managers and team leaders at all levels in team-building; thirdly, correctly handle"Two Relations"between reducing burden and strengthening management,caring workers and strictly enforce assessment, make subtraction in the team management burden to improve work efficiency and make additions in technology hardware investment to reduce labor intensity; fourthly, explore realistic path of training grassroots team personnel to construct scientific Benchmarking system in tem building.
