烧伤创面培养金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性分析

Analysis of drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus culture on burn wound in our hospital from 2008 to 2013

摘要 目的了解2008~2013该院创面培养中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性情况,为烧伤科治疗提供依据。方法应用细菌学的方法对2008年1月至2013年12月入住我院烧伤科的患者进行创面培养,VITEK2COMPACT全自动微生物仪进行鉴定,K—B法进行药敏测试,WHONET5.4软件进行耐药性分析。结果2008年1月至2013年12月从烧伤科送检的创面标本分离出金黄色葡萄球菌212株,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)193株,MRSA在金黄色葡萄球菌中发生率为91.0%;6年问金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺未发现耐药株;对利福平、复方新诺明敏感性尚好,耐药率小于25%;对庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、克林霉素、红霉素耐药率均达70%以上;对头孢唑啉、苯唑西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、青霉素耐药率达到90%以上。结论该院烧伤科创面培养金黄色葡萄球菌耐药率比较严重,MRSA检出率高,应加强金葡菌耐药性监测。 Objective To understand the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in our hospital wound cul- tures from 2008 to 2013,provide the basis for Department of burn treatment. Methods From January 2008 to De- cember 2013 ,in our hospital wound culture,Indentification of VITEK2 COMPACT automatic microorganismanalyz- er,K-B method for analysis of drug resistance were tested by WHONET5.4 software. Results From 2008 January to 2013 December,212 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from the Department of burn wound specimens. The methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus, MRSA) were 193 stains, MRSA incidence rate was 91.0%, in six years, Staphylococcus aureus to Vancomycin, Linezolid, Teicoplanin found no resistant; to Rifampin, Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole showed susceptibility was good, the resistance rate was lower to 25% ;to Gentamycin, Levofloxacin, Clindamycin, Erytromycin, the resistance rate was above 70%;to Ce- fazolin, Oxacillin, Ampicillin-sulbactam, Penicillin the resistance rate was more than 90%. Conclusion MRSA resist- ance rate was very serious in our hospital wound culture, the detection rate of MRSA was high, clinical should strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus.
