缺铁性贫血患者血清脂代谢指标和Lp—PLA2水平的检测对动脉粥样硬化风险的预测价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过检测缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者血清动脉粥样硬化相关的脂质代谢指标及脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp—PLA2)的水平,探讨IDA是否存在动脉粥样硬化的风险。方法选取IDA患者(80例)和健康对照者(80例)为研究对象,检测血清脂代谢相关指标及Lp-PLA2水平,并进行组问比较,分析其相关性。结果IDA组的TG水平高于健康对照组(0.99±0.26和0.83±0.26mmol/L,P〈0.05),HDL-C水平低于健康对照组(1.5±0.2和1.7±0.3,P〈0.01)。IDA组血清Lp-PLA2活性(36.4±5.6和33.33±5.9μmol/min/L,P〈0.05)和含量(128±34和111±31ng/mL,P〈0.05)高于健康对照组。Lp—PLA2活性和含量与血红蛋白浓度呈负相关(r=-0.29/r=-0.33,P〈0.05),与HDL—C呈负相关(r=-0.38/r=-0.35,P〈0.05),与LDL—C呈正相关(r=0.41/r=0.36,P〈0.05)。结论IDA患者体内存在脂质代谢异常,血清Lp—PLA2水平明显升高,可能存在动脉粥样硬化的风险。 Objective Detection of the lipid-related atherogenic risk factors and the serum level of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in iron deficiency anemia patients,to explore whether IDA is the risk factor of atherogenic. Methods Eighty IDA women were compared with the healthy age-matched controls. Lipoprotein pro file and level of Lp-PLA2 were measured and evaluated. Results Triglycerides(0.99±0.26 vs. O. 83±0.26 mmol/L, P〈0.05)were higher and HDL-C(1.5±0.2 vs. 1.7±0.3,P〈O.01)lower in the patients group. In IDA patients,the Lp-PLA2 mass and activity were increased, correlated negatively with hemoglobin and HDL-C, while positively asso ciated with LDL-C. Conclusion The alterations in lipoprotein profile,and level of Lp-PLA2 described in the present study indicate that non-treated IDA might represent a proatherogenic state.
