Objective To discuss the changes of blood count and C-reactive protein(CRP) of malaria patients and their value in the diagnosis of malaria. Methods the study included 42 malaria patients that diagnosed in our hos pital as malaria group, at the same time selected 42normal people that participated in the health checkup in our hospi tal as control group. Then comparatively analyse the indicators of WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT count and CRP in the twogroups. Results Malaria team WBC, RBC, Hb,PLT count and CRP levels has significant difference compared with the control group (P〈0.01),with statistical significance. Some malaria patients PLT have fallen to (10~30)×10^9/ L. Conclusion though the texting of blood count and CRP of febrile patients, the decrease of WBC,RBC and Hb,es pecially the PLT reduced while CRP increased, we should pay more attention to parasite searching.
