两种防腐剂在自制乙型肝炎五项室内质控品中的应用效果分析

The application effect analysis of two kinds of preservatives in homemade hepatitis B five internal quality control prod-ucts

目的研究两种防腐剂在自制乙型肝炎五项质控品中的应用效果。方法在制备乙型肝炎五项室内质控品时，分别以叠氮钠和硫柳汞为防腐剂进行防腐处理，然后同时以ELISA法进行检测，对检测结果进行比较。结果两种防腐剂所处理之乙型肝炎五项室内质控品，其各项检测结果分别比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论叠氮钠和硫柳汞只要浓度控制在有效防腐浓度范围内，皆可作为自制乙型肝炎五项室内质控品的防腐剂。

Objective Researching application Effect of two preservatives in the self-control hepatitis B five quality control materials. Methods In the preparation of hepatitis B five indoor quality control materials, quality con- trol materials will be embalmed with sodium azide and thimerosal as a preservative,and then simultaneously detected by ELISA,the test results were compared. Results Hepatitis B five indoor quality control materials of treatment of two kinds of preservatives,their test results were compared and were no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion As long as the concentrations of sodium azide and thimerosal preservative were controlled within the range of effec- tive preservative concentration, they were preservatives of homemade hepatitis B five internal quality control prod-
