摘要
目的探讨不同检测系统测定血清K^+、Na^+、C1^-的相关性及差异。方法选择高K+血清进行系列稀释,在SEMENS ADVIA2400生化分析仪和BackmanLX-20生化分析仪上测定K^+、Na^+、Cl^-,对数据进行相关的统计学处理。结果血清K+测定值〉7mmol/L时,两检测系统问偏差大于临床实验室改进规范CLIA’88最大允许总误差。血清Na+、Cl^-测定结果在两个检测系统之间偏差小于CLIA’88最大允许范围。两个检测系统问K^+、Na^+、Cl^-测定结果存在显著相关性。结论测定电解质特别是血清K^+时必须明确该检测系统可报告范围,并且做该检测系统的高低质控。
Objective To explore the relationship and difference of serum K^+ ,Na^+ ,CI^- of different detection systems. Methods Choose high K^+ serum was diluted serially, determination of K^+ , Na^+ ,C1^- in SEMENS ADVIA 2400 biochemical analyzer and Backman LX-20 biochemical analyzer, the data were analyzed suits When serum K^+ results is greater than 7 mmol/L,two detection system deviation is statistically related. Re- greater than the clinicallaboratory improvement specification CLIA '88 of the maximum allowable total error. Serum Na^+ , C1^- 1 results be- tween the two detection system deviation less than CLIA'88 of the range of the maximum allowed. They are notable relationship between the two detection system. Conclusion Determination of serum electrolytes especially K^+ must be clear of the detection system can report scope, and do the level of quality control of the detection system.
