摘要
将航空公司运行控制中的可靠性视为签派员与飞行员之间沟通、监控的可靠性,为了确定签派员与飞行员间的人因可靠性,结合签派员与飞行员的交互过程对认知可靠性与失误分析方法(CREAM)模型进行改进,得出签派员与飞行员间交互的人因可靠性模型。通过改进后的CREAM模型对航空公司运行控制中的环节进行定量化分析,并计算得出签派员与飞行员交互过程中的失误概率,结合给出的评价标准确定签派员与飞行员交互中的薄弱环节,为今后航空公司非正常运行的研究提供参考。
Reliability in operational control of an airline company is regarded as reliability of communication and superviso-ry control between dispatcher and pilot. In order to determine human reliability between the dispatcher and pilot,improvement of CREAM model was made in combination with the interactive process between dispatcher and pilot,and then a human reliability model of interaction between the dispatcher and pilot was obtained. Based on quantitative analysis on links in operational control of airline company by means of the improved CREAM model,the error probability in the interactive process between the dis-patcher and pilot was obtained by calculation. The weak link in the interaction between the dispatcher and pilot is determined by combining with the given evaluation criterion,which will surely provide a reference for the future research on abnormal opera-tion of airline company.
