Proceeding from validation of the official documents,the digital signature based on QR code technology is pro-posed for the related official documents to integrate the current functional management systems. The validation of truth,integrity and non-repudiation of the legal official documents can be realized by the simple interaction of smart phone and other smart equipments. It can meet the requirement of information encryption transmission. The model selection of QR code generation,se-curity demonstration and gain superiority related to validation are introduced.
