摘要
含光伏发电的综合供能系统具有良好的综合效益,但在系统建设过程中,可行性研究方案的筛选会受到多方面因素的限制。利用模糊综合评价的方法,考虑光伏发电的特点以及系统并网给传统电网带来的影响,构建模糊综合评价指标体系,利用最大熵技术法确定权重,从而得到模糊评价矩阵,对系统方案进行综合评价。以深圳地区某建筑物的建设方案为例,对多个方案进行综合评价,验证模型的合理性。结果表明,该评价体系适合含光伏发电的综合供能系统的评估,能够为决策者提供依据。
Integrated energy supply system with photovoltaic power generation has a good overall efficiency,but in the pro-cess of building the system,the screening of the feasibility study programs may be limited by many factors. In consideration of the influence of photovoltaic power generation characteristics and system grid-connection on the traditional power grid,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system was built with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The maximum entropy technology is adopted to determine the weight and get fuzzy evaluation matrix to execute the comprehensive evaluation of the system scheme. Taking a building program in the Shenzhen area for example,a comprehensive evaluation of several options is made to verify the rationality of the model. The results show that the evaluation system is suitable for evaluation of comprehensive energy supply systems with photovoltaic power generation,can provide the basis for decision-makers.
