镍纳米颗粒与含氮碳片复合材料在锂氧气电池中的应用

Preparation of Ni nanoparticles dispersed on N-containing carbon sheets and its application for Li-O_2 batteries

摘要 以NiCl2·6H2O为金属源,尿素和柠檬酸分别为N源和C源,采用一种简单的溶胶凝胶法制备出Ni纳米颗粒高度分散在含氮碳片上的复合材料(Ni-C-N)。将该复合材料用作锂氧气电池的正极催化剂,与常用的空气正极材料科琴黑(KB)相比,其表现出更高的电化学催化活性。当使用Ni-C-N作为正极催化剂时,电池的首周放电容量及放电平台均有明显的提高,尤其在电池的循环性方面表现出更加显著的效果,循环可达38周。 A composite of Ni nanoparticles highly dispersed on N-containing carbon substrates (Ni-C-N composites)have been prepared via a facile sol-gel method using NiCl2 ·6H2 O as the metal source,urea and citric acid as the N and C source,respec-tively.Compared with Ketjen black (KB),the prepared Ni-C-N composites exhibited superrior electrocatalytic activity when used as a cathode catalyst in the Li-O2 batteries.When using Ni-C-N as the catalyst of cathodes,the batteries showed apparently im-proved initial discharge capacity and platform,especially the Ni-C-N catalyst exhibited significant effect in the cyclability,and the batteries could work for 38 cycles.
