日本中小学课例研究的特点及启示 被引量:4

摘要 日本课例研究是中小学教师一起设计、实施并反思课堂教学的研讨方式。包括计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Check)和行动(Action)这样一个PDCA循环的过程。日本课例研究的特点给人3点启示:课堂研究应依据课堂中发生的真实情况;研讨的视角和程序应具有规范性;应有年度计划以保证持续发展。
