新建本科院校转型发展中的应用型学科团队建设 被引量:1

摘要 新建本科院校向应用型方向发展,意味着这类高校人才培养的重心将放在应用型本科和专业学位研究生教育方面,这可更大程度地满足地方经济建设与社会发展所需的高级应用型专门人才的培养。在这种转型发展中,打造一支具有学术应用实践能力的应用型学科团队是新建本科院校学科建设的基石,也是提升学校本科和专业学位研究生教育质量的重要条件。应用型学科团队有别于学术型学科团队,其建设策略,除了要凝练研究方向、形成标志性研究成果、建设规范的学科制度以及构建良好的学科文化等常规外,还应明确并强化其学术目标的应用性研究定位、建立合理的双师型学科梯队结构,为学科专业建设提供智力支撑。 The applied development direction of newly-founded universities means this type of universities will shift focus to applied undergraduate and graduate education so as to maximally meet the demand for advanced applied talents for local economic construction and social development. In the process of the transformation,establishing an applied faculty team with strong practical and hands-on abilities is vital for the general disciplinary construction and for the lifting of educational qualities. The construction strategy of this applied team is different from that of the team with academic orientation. Apart from other normal requirements for general disciplinary construction,the construction of an applied team must emphasize the applied nature of the team's academic objective,and rationalize the team's faculty composition with an appropriate number of members with both academic and professional /vocational qualifications to guarantee sufficient intellectual support for disciplinary and specialty construction.
