关于加强个人非银行信息异议处理工作的思考

摘要 非银行信息作为信用报告的组成部分,与信贷信息相互补充,在帮助商业银行减少信息不对称、防范信用风险方面发挥了重要作用。当前,非银行信息异议处理工作存在处理周期过长、客户满意度低等问题,亟待加强。本文结合江苏省个人非银行信息异议处理工作实践,深入分析异议处理中存在的问题及原因,提出相关对策建议。 The non-bank information, as a part of the credit report, is complementary with the credit information, and plays an im-portant role in helping commercial banks to reduce the information asymmetry, preventing and guarding against credit risks. At pre-sent, there exist such problems that the period is long and customers’satisfaction is low in dealing with the dissidence of non-bank in-formation, which needs to be strengthened. Combined with the practice of dealing with the dissidence of personal non-bank informa-tion in Jiangsu province, the paper deeply analyzes problems and reasons in dissidence handling, and puts forward the related counter-measures and suggestions.
