摘要
对低压涡轮轴内外表面产生大量积炭的原因进行分析,重点研究超声波清洗机理和衰减规律,统计分析超声波对低压涡轮轴内孔的有效清洗距离,并设计出超声波清洗方案。
It analyzed the reason that cause the carbon deposition and focused on the mechanism of the ultrasonic cleaning technology and attenuation law, analyze the effective cleaning distance of the low pressure turbine shaft bore, and finally established the scheme of the ultrasonic cleaning.
