64排CT冠脉成像在基层医院的应用

摘要 目的利用64排螺旋CT对冠状动脉狭窄程度的敏感性和特异性,对在基层医院住院的冠心病或可疑冠心病患者造影检查结果进行分析探讨。方法选取128例的冠心病及疑似患者,采用冠脉CT成像进行检查,对成像结果和选择性冠脉造影检查结果进行对比。结果冠脉CT成像的敏感性、准确性均大于90%。结论冠脉CT成像对冠心病的诊断有较高的准确性,在基层医院可作为心病大范围筛选和诊断的有效方法。
