摘要
从蛹虫草子实体栽培培养料中分离得到1个中国新记录种:卵孢单端孢[Trichothecium ovalisporum(Seifert&Rehner)Seifert&Rehner]。对其形态特征进行了描述,讨论了与相近种的区别,并进行了ITS序列分析。研究菌株保存于中国普通微生物菌种保藏管理中心(CGMCC)。
A new Chinese record of Trichothecium ovalisporum（ Seifert Rehner） Seifert Rehner isolated from the medium of Cordyceps militaris is reported in this paper. The morphological descriptions and phylogenetic analysis are provided. The examined strain is deposited in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center（ CGMCC）.
