奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage

目的探究奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的疗效,并讨论其临床价值。方法 80例胃溃疡合并出血的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用奥美拉唑治疗,对照组采用泮托拉唑治疗。观察两组疗效。结果通过治疗,治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为88%,治疗组的总有效率大于对照组的总有效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时患者治疗后不良反应发生率和幽门螺杆菌感染情况好转率以及出血停止时间,治疗组都要比对照组好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的疗效比传统的治疗方法疗效要好。

Objective To explore the curative effect of omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage, and to discuss its clinical value. Methods A total of 80 gastric ulcer with hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group contained 40 cases. The treatment group received omeprazole for treatment, and the control group received treatment by pantoprazole. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98%, and that of the control group was 88%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The incidences of adverse reactions, improvement of helicobacter pylori infection, and bleeding time of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage has better curative effect than the traditional treatment method.
