开放复位内固定手术与保守治疗方法在髁突骨折的治疗效果对比 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较开放复位内固定手术与保守治疗方法在髁突骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性总结50例髁突骨折患者病例资料及随访资料。结果观察组显效者18例(72.0%),有效者6例(24.0%),失败者1例(4.0%),总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率84.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在掌握好手术适应证的前提下应用开放复位内固定手术对于髁突骨折具有更佳的临床效果。
