SmartMind Dashboard Builder is introduced in this paper ,which is a tool for data analyses and visualization developed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology and could be used in Business Intelligence .This tool is based on Web2 .0 RIA tech-nology and provides the easiest custom-made operation for developers and browsers ,who build the Dashboard pages without pro-gramming .The chart component in SmartMind Dashboard Builder is very rich and functional layout is strong .It also possesses good openness and provides a variety of data sources including Relational Database ,Extensible Makeup Language for Analysis and Remote Method Invocation .The remote real-time monitoring function helps users obtain the abnormal data and find the solution in time .Several application cases in different fields show its usability and practicality .
