罗非鱼养殖标准化典型案例分析

Study on the typical cases of the standardization for tilapia culture

为深入了解罗非鱼养殖标准化现状,对11家罗非鱼养殖企业的标准化现状进行了调研和分析。研究发现,在调研企业中,具备规范的管理制度和操作规范的企业占45.5%;虽具管理制度和操作规范,但主要按经验进行管理的企业占36.4%;无相关制度和规范的企业占18.2%。分析结果表明,目前罗非鱼养殖企业的标准化实施情况有待进一步完善。建议建立市场准入制度,激发标准化动力;加大设施改造力度,夯实标准化硬件基础;从而深入推动罗非鱼养殖标准化的实施。

In order to realize the status of the standardization for tilapia aquaculture, 11 enterprises for tilapia aquaculture were selected and their standardization conditions were investigated and analyzed. The study showed that the en- terprises which have normative administrative rules and executive standards accounted for 45.5%, the enterprises which have normative executive standards but operated mainly by experience accounted for 36.4%, and the enterpri- ses which have not related executive standards accounted for 18.2%. The results showed that the implementation of the standardization for tilapia aquacuhure should be improved further. Two suggestions were put up as follows in order to advance the standardization for tilapia aquaculture. Firstly, the market access institution should be established to motivate the standardization. Secondly, the reformation of aquaculture facility should be enhanced to strengthen the standard hardware foundation.
