随着大学生就业问题的日益凸显,大学生职业生涯规划教育逐渐进入公众视野,受到了高校、学生甚至全社会的关注。不少高校已逐步开展大学生职业生涯规划的相关课程,但传统教育模式的根深蒂固以及课程设置针对性的薄弱,都使得当前大学生职业生涯教育存在诸多问题。

With the college students＇ employment problem being more and more serious,the Career Planning education for college students have caught the attention of the colleges,students and even the whole society.Many colleges have gradually carried out courses in the career planning;however,the traditional education model and the weak targeting of the courses have contributed to the problems occurred in current Career Planning education for college students.
