On Talent Cultivation History Majors in Normal Universities

我国西部地方高师院校整体办学水平相对还比较低,历史学专业建设和发展面临比较大的困难和压力。因此,必须在专业课程体系的设置、教学内容的取舍、教育实习实践方式的创新、学生职业技能的培养以及课程考核与教学评价等方面进行改革。同时还要积极吸取办学水平较高院校的学科建设经验,从本地经济社会发展的实际出发,探索一条地方高师院校历史专业人才培养模式的新道路。

In the western local colleges and universities which the overall educational level is relatively low,the construction and development of the historical profession has been facing with great difficulties and pressure.Therefore,we must deepen teaching reform and innovation in the curriculum,teaching content,practice teaching,ability training and teaching evaluation and other aspects.At the same time,we also actively learn the experience of discipline construction from high-level school,starting from the actual local economic and social development;explore a history of professional talents in local normal college training mode of new roads.
