Among the requirements of the applied talents,＂virtue＂is ideological and political quality which is most basic and most important. It directly affects the other qualities. Ideological and political education in universities should actively explore the dialectical relationship between the virtue and the cultivation of applied talents and its realistic methods,and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
