On Personal Knowledge Management of Editors of University Journals

高校学报编辑因其信息获取的超载性,工作的独特性、复杂性、创造性,其需要具备的知识量是非常大的,所以编辑对其个人知识进行有效管理就显得很有必要。编辑个人知识管理的途径包括知识的获取、转化、共享、储存和创新。编辑对个人知识进行有效管理,使知识条理化、程序化,以便能随时调用,提高工作效率和业务水平。

The editorial work of journals demands large amount of information and knowledge reserve,with unique,complex and innovative job performance. Thus effective personal knowledge management appears to be essential.Personal knowledge management approach includes the acquisition and transformation of knowledge,in addition to sharing,storage and innovation of knowledge. Only by effective management of editors＇ personal knowledge,with rationalized and routinized knowledge, can application of available knowledge, high efficiency and quality job performance be achieved.
