摘要
目的:评价马钱子碱贴膏剂的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用H22荷瘤小鼠模型,按高(240mg·kg-1)、中(120 mg·kg-1)、低(60 mg·kg-1)三个剂量给予马钱子碱贴膏剂,测定抗肿瘤作用及毒性。结果:与空白对照组相比,马钱子碱贴膏剂中剂量(120mg·kg-1)和高剂量(240 mg·kg-1)对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长抑制差异有显著性,中浓度的抑制率达到46.5%。马钱子碱贴膏剂未观察到具有免疫抑制作用和体重减轻作用,也未观测到血液毒性。结论:马钱子碱贴膏剂具有抗肿瘤药效,并且应用安全。
Objective: To evaluate the antitumor efficacy of hydrogel patches containing brucine. Meth-ods: Brucine hydrogel patches were administered by dermal route to H22 tumor-bearing mice at the dose of 240, 120 and 60 mg·kg-1, respectively. Tumor inhibition ratio and toxicity were observed. Results: Signifi-cant inhibition ratios were obtained following administration of 120 and 240 mg·kg-1. The tumor inhibition ratio of 120 mg·kg-1 dose group was determined to be 46.5%. No immune inhibition effect and body weight reducing effect were observed, neither was hematological toxicity. Conclusions: Brucine hydrogel patches might be safe and effective for the application of antitumor therapy.
