摘要
针对湖南省高技术产业的创新效率,运用DEA方法,构建评价指标体系,以2000-2011年高技术产业的投入产出数据为依据,通过MATLAB建模进行评价分析。结果表明:湖南省高技术产业创新效率整体不高,在研究人员和经费方面存在较大过剩。在此基础上进一步分析了导致创新效率非有效性的原因。
Referring to the innovation efficiency of high -tech industry of Hunan province,this paper uses the method of DEA to establish evaluation index system.Based on the input -output data from 2000 to 2011,it builds a model by MATLAB to evaluate and analyze the data.The results show that the whole innovation efficiency of high-tech industry of Hunan province is not high,and R＆amp;D personnel and expenditure have a large surplus. Based on these,it further analyzes the causes of innovation inefficiency.
