湘赣物流园区有着良好的区位优势、便利的交通优势、系列优惠政策和资金配套优势;同时也存在着规划用地不够完整、缺乏物流龙头企业、物流人才短缺等问题。可通过开发地区优势产业和资源性产品、加强与政府的合作、注重物流业与制造业联动发展等措施,建设一个具备一定规模,服务功能健全的新型物流网络节点。

There are great advantages of good location,convenient transportation,series of preferential policies and counterpart funds in Hunan-Jiangxi Logistics Park,but there also exists many problems,such as incomplete land planning,lack of logistics leading enterprises,logistics personnel shortages.It can be constructed as a new logistics network node with certain scale and sound service through developing regional advantageous industries and resource products,strengthening cooperation with the government and focusing on the linkage development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and so on.
