ZnO纳米棒在染料敏化太阳能电池中的应用 被引量:3

Properties of ZnO nanorod in dye-sensitized solar cells

摘要 以Zn(Ac)2·2H2O为原料制备了ZnO材料,并研究了其在染料敏化太阳能电池方面的性能.SEM扫描显示制备的ZnO材料为一维的纳米棒,通过电化学测试得到了构建染料敏化电池的主要性能参数:Jsc=0.34 mA/cm2、Voc=0.64 V、FF=45.04%、η=0.098%,并对电池的各方面的性能指标进行系统的分析. ZnO were prepared by Zn(Ac)2·2H2O material as raw the material,and the properties for dye-sensitized solar cells were studied in this paper.The morphology of ZnO was one-dimensional nanorod,which was characterized by SEM.The main performance parameters of the dye-sensitized solar cells were obtained by electrochemistry:Jsc=0.34 mA/cm^2,Voc=0.64 V,FF=45.04%,η=0.098%.Finally,the influencing factors for dye-sensitized solar cells was also discussed systematically.
