摘要
以对在校学生公差应用能力调研为基础,提出公差实验课改革的新的教学模式,引入综合的检测项目、真实工作场景的数控机床的精度检测、三坐标测量的实验项目,提高学生知识运用能力和探索精神,增强学生的质量意识和工程意识。
Based on the analysis to the weaknesses of the students at school in using tolerance, a new teaching reform mode of Tolerance experiment has been proposed to improve the students＇ ability of using prior knowledge and the spirit of exploration, enhancing the consciousness of quality and engineering practice. It includes comprehensive testing project, accuracy measurement of CNC, accuracy measurement using coordinate measuring machine.
